Frankston Hospital redevelopment and Royal Children’s expansion recognised in international partnership awards

A new 30-bed inpatient ward has been completed and is already treating patients at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

The Victorian Government is investing $49.4 million to expand The Royal Children’s Hospital.

The New Footscray Hospital and Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre project teams have both taken home awards at the National Infrastructure Awards 2022.

The Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre is Australia’s first facility conceived and designed to save lives by connecting the world’s best in cancer research, education, treatment and care.

The Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) took out two prizes at the 2017 Victorian Architecture Awards.
