Local families name the Monash Medical Centre Tower Expansion cranes

Bill’s Dad: Dr. Lift got the best reaction from Bill, he just kept saying it and he was like, Dr. Lift, Dr. Lift, and he just thought it was great.

Alexander’s Mum: Alexander was born at 29 weeks prematurely at Monash and spent about three months in hospital, a lot of time in the ICU. That's the reason why we named it Nurse Strong because of other children coming here sick and getting themselves strong and to be able to leave the hospital.

Bill’s Dad: It just means better opportunities for the best care, that there's even better facilities to help other people like how the hospital helped our bill. It makes us really happy and proud that this is underway. The future is really good for people that need treatment and care.
