What we're building
The project will deliver:
- a new residential aged care facility
- single rooms with private ensuites
- flexible shared spaces and common areas
- to support a range of complex care needs and mobility, including those living with dementia.

The new residential aged care facility improves access to high quality facilities and care. Meeting complex needs so residents can age in place as health needs increase.

Single rooms and ensuites give residents have improved privacy and independence. Flexible shared spaces give residents options. Residents can socialise, have visitors or enjoy quiet time.
Safe living and working conditions
The new facility will benefit both staff and residents with better and safer living and working conditions.

Greater access to high-quality care in Numurkah means people can access care within their communities. Maintaining support networks and family and community connections.
New construction jobs
At the peak of construction, the redevelopment is expected to create and sustain more than 160 construction industry jobs.
